We know you’ve probably got some questions so here are some of our most commonly asked ones but if you can’t find what you’re looking for then please drop us a message here.
All pitches have 16 amp electric hook-up included in the pitch price during May through to September. Outside of these months Electric hook-up is optional at an extra charge of £3.00 per night.

The Amenity blocks are in close proximity to the pitches and comprise of clean separate male and female blocks with flush toilets, wash hand basins, showers with hot and cold running water 24 hours a day and a dedicated washing up area.  During July and August these are cleaned several times daily and checked regularly by our dedicated staff.

We also have a Disabled Toilet & Shower room. The key can be requested at reception. We take a returnable deposit for the key.

A Motorhome service area with chemical WC disposal, drive over grey waste, fresh water fill-up point is available on site.

We have a Laundry room on site with a washing machine, tumble dryer and hand washing sinks (Tokens can be purchased at Reception). There are also dedicated washing lines to use. You are welcome to use your own airers or rotary washing lines on your pitch but we do not permit washing lines or guide ropes etc., to be tied to any bushes, trees, fences etc.

There are 2 small supermarkets in nearby St Ouen’s village for all your needs. Tea, Coffee, and cold drinks, milk and bottled water as well as a few other items can be bought from the Oasis Cafe.

There is free WiFi on site which is available for email and social media use. 

We cater mostly for adults but we do welcome children over 5 years of age (No under 5’s) but please note that we do not have facilities for children. With no play area, no cycling or ball games permitted on site, children will need to be amused on your own pitch or off site.

Our aim is for our guests to enjoy a bit of peace, quiet and calm away from home.

We are sorry that we cannot accept any groups (being 6 or more), unsupervised young people (under 21’s), and No Stag and Hen parties.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at an extra daily charge. Our Cafe Oasis is also dog friendly.Please keep dogs on leads at all times and walked away from the site.

Please refer to the permit restrictions for bringing large Caravans or Motorhomes to Jersey.  If permitted to bring them in, we can accommodate you on site.

Yes, we have an outdoor swimming pool open during June, July & August. It is a very deep pool, and not ideal for small children. 1 metre at shallow end and 2.1 metres at deep end (7 foot). No-one is permitted to swim unless there is another adult present as a designated watcher for safety reasons. No life guard is on duty. No under 16’s without parental/Guardian supervision. Strictly camping residents only to use the pool. No visitors to site are permitted to swim in the pool.
No. Permits are no longer required to bring your Caravan, Campervan or Motorhome into Jersey as the law changed in May 2023. Some useful information is added below.

Towed caravan including the towing vehicle or motorhome 2.3m (this includes any fitting on or attached to the vehicle but

excludes mirrors and indicators).

Caravan 6.7m (excluding the means of attachment to the towing vehicle). Motorhome 9.3m.

Caravan and towing vehicle 16.50m (to include any projection to the front or rear of the vehicle).

Visiting Caravans on a permit are restricted to one journey to, and one journey from, the campsite to the port. Caravans mustremain on the designated site for the period of the permit.

Special dispensation has been given allowing motorhomes tocirculate on the Island on a daily basis but MUST return to the designated campsite each night.

Our campsite will open in time for Easter and will close early October each year.
We cannot always accommodate very large tents, over 7m in length and 3m width. Please indicate the size of your tent including guide ropes to ensure we have the correct sized pitch. Your car will need to be parked on the pitch too.
Visitors are NOT permitted on the campsite, however you are welcome to meet them in the Cafe as this is open to non-residents and campers.
BBQ’s are permitted on site provided they are off the ground and cannot burn the grass. Fire Pits are NOT permitted on site.
