The Palms Campsite

Important – Please read

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, If you are travelling to Jersey, certain restrictions may apply. Please check-out the latest news at www.gov.je/coronavirus You will not be permitted to self-isolate on our campsite under any circumstances.

All bookings (over £200.00) require a deposit of £150.00 be paid at the time of booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings with a price up to £200 are paid in full. All monies paid are non-refundable and non-transferable so it is strongly recommended that you have travel insurance in the event that you cannot travel to Jersey for any reason including Covid-19.

Check-in time is from 1pm and check out time is midday. For travellers to Jersey, please advise us of your ferry arrival time so we know when to expect you and we can ensure we are ready to welcome you on site.

During June we have a 3 night minimum booking policy, in July it’s 5 nights and August it’s 7 nights minimum. However, if you are booking last minute or a couple of weeks in advance, we may be able to accept shorter stays if availability allows. This especially suits our local residents who wish to enjoy a mid-week or weekend break at The Palms.

There are three categories of pitch size. Standard (tents only, no access for vehicles), Medium or Large. When booking a pitch you will be asked to provide the size of your Tent (including guide ropes), Caravan or Motorhome or Campervan. Based on this information you will be offered an appropriate pitch to meet your needs which will be specified on your quotation and confirmation emails. It is important that you check these to ensure you can fit onto your pitch comfortably as during peak season it will not always be possible to reallocate pitches. Please note that there is no extra charge for awnings with breathable groundsheets. Awnings with built-in groundsheets and extra tents are chargeable. Plastic & Tarpaulins are not permitted. See our price list for details. Electric Hook-up is included in the price between May to September.

Campers will be expected to adhere to the rules of the Campsite at all times.

Well behaved dogs are welcome @ £2.00 per day

Additional tents & Camper van awnings with built in ground sheets = £5 per day. May be permitted on the same pitch by prior arrangement.

Pup tent & Toilet tent = £2 per day
